- Ayrshire Business in the Community will notify you of places available in your area on the Coaching and Mentoring Programme, or will work with you directly on scheduling individual or group sessions as required.
- Where the programme is over-subscribed, we will operate a waiting list. However, for some organisations/groups, we would be happy to consider some group sessions if this is deemed beneficial for the candidates involved.
- The programme cannot offer candidates travel expenses etc.
- The programme is voluntary – whilst you may refer candidates, you must first of all provide them with an overview of the programme and they must wish to take part of their own accord. ABiC can provide information leaflets on the programme for you to distribute where appropriate.
- The programme will utilise business volunteers and project staff in the delivery of the coaching and mentoring support.
- We will endeavour to schedule meetings with candidates in locations which are mutually accessible. However, if your organisation can offer us facilities (depending on availability), we would prefer to use these to minimise our operational costs.
- Level of support will vary depending on the individuals needs.
- Ayrshire Business in the Community promote partnership working and we would be happy to report back on candidate progression/feedback at the end of their support from the programme if accepted. However, places are limited and unfortunately a referral does not guarantee a place.
By submitting this registration I confirm that our organisation wishes to be notified when places are available for the Coaching and Mentoring Support programme of ABiC and that I am authorised to represent my organisation. Where we feel it would be beneficial, we will contact ABiC regarding the provision of Group Sessions.
