Ayrshire Business in the Community through this programme, aim to increase the skills and confidence of unemployed people facing or experiencing a period of transition.

Our coaching helps candidates to define aspirations, patterned ways of relating, identifying options, uncover rules and set new goals that can help them grow.  To this extent the coach acts as a catalyst for positive change.

Mentoring concerns activities that give people the tools and confidence to take control of their own pathway.  It is about empowering people to plan their own future and capitalise on their own potential. (European Community)
