Travail employment group in Ayr believe in being honest, ethical and respectful in all communications.  As part of a national group trading locally, they view themselves very much as a community provider working with the community, and establishing business networks.

It is the company’s policy to support charitable organisations whenever possible. In 2005, the Ayr branch set a target of donating £1500 to charity and managed to surpass this. Some supported causes were Ayrshire Hospice, The Beatson and Malcolm Sargent House.

They operate a Charitable Donations Programme on permanent positions, where Clients are offered the opportunity to nominate a charity.

Employees are aware of energy efficiency, and Travail try to use local suppliers whenever possible. Travail are aware of and comply with all statutory health and safety regulation and are audited on a regular basis.  As a group, Travail hold ISO9001 and are members of the Recruitment and Employment confederation and as such comply with all current legislative requirements. All employees are given an on site health and safety induction on their first day. They are made aware of their terms and conditions during the interview and receive a contract of employment on offer of employment. Salary reviews are conducted annually in line with the retail price index.
